How do I order?

All orders are processed through our official email address - sales@boxdepot.com.ph.

  1. Browse through our products on our website. Prices are UPDATED.
  2. Send the following details to sales@boxdepot.com.ph: complete name, address, TIN number, qty, description and design of your orders
  3. We will check our inventory and respond as soon as possible to give you the total of your orders along with our bank details
  4. Payments for orders made before 12:00 noon shall be included for the next working day pick ups. Payments made after 12:00 noon shall be available for pick up 2 working days after. 
  5. Deposit the payment and send a copy of the deposit slip to our email address
  6. Pick up hours is strictly from 9am-12nn and 2-5pm only
  7. Please note that we respond to inquiries from 9am-12nn and 2-5pm, Mon to Sat only. 

Do you ship or deliver?

We currently don't ship or deliver to retail customers. Retail pertains to purchases per pack or by 100 pieces. To inquire about wholesale purchases, please send us an email.

How do I pay?

All payments must be deposited at least 1 day before pick-up through bank deposit. Cutoff time for next day pick up is 12:00noon. 

Can I drop by anytime and check out the items before purchase?

You may drop by our location strictly by appointment only. Please call/email us at our contact numbers and wait for a confirmation before dropping by so as to make sure someone will accommodate you.
